CV screening and shortlisting for a high-volume HR team

End-to-end recruitment automation for a Saudi manufacturing company's HR department.

What this produces

  • Applications ranked against the role, not against keywords
  • A shortlist the hiring manager can audit and override
  • Structured candidate data instead of an inbox
  • Rejections sent promptly and consistently

The Challenge

An HR department at a 300-person manufacturing company was receiving 500+ CVs for each open position. Manual screening took 2–3 weeks per role, good candidates were being missed, and the team was burning out on repetitive screening tasks. Saudi national recruitment requirements added further complexity.

Our Approach

1

Job Description Standardisation

We work with HR to create structured, machine-readable job specifications that capture both required skills and cultural fit criteria, including Saudization requirements.

2

AI CV Screening Model

We deploy an AI screening engine that scores each CV against the job specification, flags Saudization-eligible candidates, and ranks applicants by suitability in minutes.

3

ATS Integration

We integrate the screening output into the existing Applicant Tracking System (or implement a lightweight one) so the shortlist feeds directly into the interview scheduling workflow.

4

Bias Audit & Calibration

We run a bias audit on model outputs to ensure the screening is fair and compliant. We tune the model quarterly with feedback from hiring outcomes.
